My Journey
My name is Isela Reyes, and at 45 years old, my life took an unexpected turn. In June 2010, I received the call no woman ever wants to hear: I had breast cancer. It was the most devastating news imaginable for someone my age.
In that moment, fear and uncertainty tried to take hold. But through the love of my family and friends, I found faith, courage, confidence, and hope to fight back. I will never forget that day the tears, the silence, and then the strength that followed when I told myself, “This disease will not define my future.”

By God’s grace, my cancer was caught early and treated successfully. As time passed, my fear turned into determination. I made it my mission to learn, to grow, and to help others. I believe that one day, breast cancer will no longer steal another year from anyone’s life and that we will live in a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

That is why my family, friends, and I created Riding for Boobs®, a local motorcycle event dedicated to raising awareness, hope, and funds for those affected by breast cancer. We invite bikers, families, and supporters from all over to join us in this powerful movement. Every ride, every donation, and every mile we share makes a difference.

Over the past eight years, we have raised more than $50,000 and we are only getting started.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I would not be able to walk this path alone. Your prayers, love, support, and kindness have transformed fear into strength and darkness into light.
While I have not been as active over the past three years due to personal challenges and life circumstances, the purpose behind Riding for Boobs® never left my heart. This mission is bigger than me. It is about hope, awareness, support, and reminding others they are never alone in their fight. Today, we are returning stronger, more determined, and ready to continue making a difference in our community.
